摘要
分别研究了干燥转鼓转速、物料粒径、床载量、颗粒密度和形状系数对离 心流化床压降和临界流比速度的影响,提出了计算流化床层压降的修正式和 临界流化速度的准数关联式,为进一步研究此设备的干燥性能打下了基础.
Effects of drum speed, particle diameter, particle density, shape factor and total mass of particles in bed on the pressure drop across fluidized bed and minimum fluidized velocity are studied respectively. Modified formula for calculation of pressure drop across fluidized bed and relation of dimensionless group of minimum fluidized velocity are proposed. This study lays the foundation for studying performance of the dryer in advance.
