泥页岩和钻井液间的压力传递测试技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 研制了泥页岩和钻井液间压力传递测试装置,介绍了压力传递测试的基本原理和压力传递测试装置的应用,即测定泥页岩的渗透率、泥页岩的膜效率及研究钻井液对泥页岩性能的影响。实验结果证明,泥页岩和钻井液间压力传递测试装置可靠性好,实验结果与文献资料提供的数据相吻合,验证了可通过物理/化学的方法改善泥页岩的膜效率及延缓压力传递的事实,为深入开展泥页岩井壁化学/力学耦合作用机理提供了一种先进的实验研究手段。 The proving installation of pressure transmission between shale and drilling fluid was developed. Its basic mechanism and application were introduced. The experimental results proved that the proving installation is credible and the experimental data is consistent with that the documents provided. The fact that membrane efficiency can be improved and the pressure transmission can be retarded by physical chemistry methods is verified. The establishment of pressure transmission testing technology offers a new experimental method for deeply studying shale wellbore stability and coupled hydra-mechanics.
