钱1井硬脆性地层井壁失稳机理及钻井液技术

摘要 钱1井位于准噶尔盆地东部区块,施工中井壁失稳严重。通过对地质构造,地层理化性能及电镜扫描、施工用钻井液体系分析,明确了井壁失稳机理;采用优选的胺基硅醇和双膜承压剂,研发了胺基硅醇防塌钻井液体系替代现有的铝胺强抑制防塌钻井液,该体系不仅保持原铝胺强抑制防塌钻井液体系的强效抑制性,还提高了钻井液体系的封堵性能。 Well Qian 1 is situated in the eastern block of Junggar Basin. Severe wellbore instability occurred)duringconstruction.Themechanismofwellboreinstabilitywasidentifiedbystudyingthe geologic structure and the physical and chemical properties of formation,making use of scanning electron microscope(SEM) technique and analyzing the drilling fluid system used during construction. An aminosilanol anti-collapse drilling fluid was developed with an amino-silanol and a double-membrane pressure bearing agent chosen through optimization in replacement of the existing aluminum-amine strong inhibition anti-collapse drilling fluid system. In addition to retaining the strong inhibition of original aluminumamine strong inhibition anti-collapse drilling fluid system,this system can improve the plugging performance of drilling fluid system as well.
