摘要 现行高师体育教育专业教研室的设置及其有关的课程教学管理制度等方面存在着不足,难以很好地适应新时期人才培养的新要求和高校的自身建设.高等师范院校体育专业应以课程群作为分类依据,在课程群基础上设置教研室,使课程教学管理机构布局更为合理,实现教研室课程管理、科研、教学育人三位一体的功能,同时在课程教学制度方面,体育教育专业应率先实现由“学年学分制”向“完全的学分制”的过渡,真正实现其人才培养目标,提升高师体育专业毕业生的社会竞争力. At present, there are a lot of drawbacks on establishment of teaching and researching office and relevant course teaching management system in the physical education speciality of normal university. It is difficult to adapt to the new demand of person training of new period and self - building of university. The physical education speciality of normal university should regard course group as the categorised basis. The physical education speciality should set up the teaching and researching office on one group of curricula groups, which makes the overall arrangement of teaching and management more rational and realizes the function of teaching and researching office in course management , scientific research and teaching. At the same time, The speciality of physical education should take the lead in realizing the transition from "the credit system in academic year"to" the complete credit system". It realizes the goal of its person training and upgrades the social competitiveness of the graduate of the speciality of physical education.
