摘要
针对市场对不同用途高档次的丙纶卫生材料需求量日益增大的现实进行了疏水性丙纶短纤维的研制开发,对生产工艺和工艺特点进行了详细表述。在研制过程中,对疏水性油剂、抗静电剂的选择和试用过程都作了具体分析。经试生产后参照有关检验分析方法,这种疏水性纤维的各项检测结果均满足质量指标要求,并且下游用户制成的非织造布的检测结果也符合其生产要求,表明研制开发的生产工艺可应用于工业化生产。
Development of hydrophobie PP staple fiber was reviewed in the article. The processing route and main technical characteristics were described in detail. Exploitation was based on market increasement of top grade PP sanitary material in different use. In the development, choice and probation of hydrophobic spinfinish and antistatic agent were analyzed concretely. All the test results of hydrophobic PP fiber had met quality requirements, the non-woven made from the fiber had accorded with production requirement. The study showed that this technology could apply in industrial production.
