摘要
采用乳液聚合法制得了聚甲基氢硅氧烷(PHMS)/醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)/羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)复合乳液,研究了反应温度、PHMS用量、NMA用量、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量对该乳液流变性能的影响。结果表明,PHMS/VAc/NMA复合乳液的粘度与PHMS用量、NMA用量呈正比关系,与乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、反应温度呈反比关系;且随着剪切速率的增加而降低,即该乳液呈假塑性流体的特征。
The stable PHMS/VAc/NMA composite emulsion was synthesized by the copolymerization of hydrogen-containing siloxane, vinylacetate and N-hydroxymethylacrylamide, and the rheological property of the system was studied in detail. The effects of the reaction temperature, content of PHMS, NMA, OP-10, and concentration of evocator on the rheological property of emulsion were discussed. The results showed that while the shearing rate increased, the viscosity of composite emulsion increased as well; it characterized as pseudo plastic fluid. The viscosity of PHMS/VAc/NMA composite emulsion was the direct ratio with the content of PHMS, NMA; meanwhile the inverse ratio with the content of OP-10, concentration of evocator and reaction temperature.
