摘要
高等院校作为构建社会主义和谐社会的重要阵地,其自身的和谐校园构建工作,事关社会主义和谐目标的实现。本文拟从法治的视角来探讨和谐校园的构建工作,在分析了和谐校园的价值内涵与现代法治精神、融合的基础上,重点阐释了法治精神、理念在和谐社会构建中的统领、整合作用。
Colleges and universities are the important positions of building socialism harmonious society,their harmonious campus building is related to the realization of the harmonious social goals which the Party Central Committee put forward.The paper make a study of harmonious campus building from the nomocracy angle,and interpret mostly the guidance and conformity effect of nomocracy spirit and notion in building harmonious campus,which were based on the analysis of the amalgamation of the harmonious campus＇s value connotation and the modern nomocracy spirit..
