摘要
高校校园道路交通安全文化,是依法治国方略下高校法治校园安全文化的重要组成部分,对高校法治与平安校园建设具有规范引领和补充保障作用。在校园道路规划既定和相关法制建设滞后与改善条件缺位的情况下,如何运用法治思维完善校园治理体系、发挥法治规则和安全文化在校园道路交通管理中的互补互促作用,对全面保障高校平安校园建设具有十分重要的意义。
The road traffic safety culture of the university campus is an important part of the safety culture of the rule of law campus under the basic principle of ruling the country by law.It plays a normative leading and supplementary guarantee role in the construction of rule-of-law and safe university campus.Under the circumstance of the lag of the construction of the legal system related to campus road planning and the absence of improvement conditions,it is of great significant to ensure the construction of a safe university campus by using the rule of law thinking to improve the internal campus governance system and giving full play the rule of law and safety culture to complement and promote the campus road traffic management.
