摘要
青少年对网络的不当使用导致了网络依恋行为的出现,网络依恋对青少年心理发展存在负面影响。影响网络依恋的心理原因主要有强烈的好奇心、心理上的孤独感和社会支持的缺乏、生活中自我调节和社会资源的缺乏、自我效能感的缺失等,针对这些问题应采取消除网络依恋的有效措施。
It is claimed that the misuse of the net by juveniles leads to their addicts, which shows the obvious negative impacts to their mental development due to their insatiable curiosity, psychological solitude, isolation of the social aid, short of social resources, and deficiency of sense of self- respect and self- regulation. The paper finally provides with certain proposals aiming at ridding the juveniles of the addicts to the net.
