摘要
目的:研究毛喉鞘蕊花(Coleus forskohlii)全草中萜类成分。方法:利用多种色谱法对毛喉鞘蕊花乙醇提取物进行成分分离,运用多种光谱技术确定化合物结构。结果:分得6个化合物,其中2个属8,13-环氧-14-烯-11-酮半日花烷型二萜,分别为3-羟基佛司可林(1)、3-羟基异佛司可林(2);2个齐墩果烷型三萜,分别为2d,3p,19α-三羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(3)、2α,3β,19α,23-四羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(4);2个乌索烷型三萜,分别为2α,3α,19α-三羟基乌索烷.12-烯-28-酸(5)、2α,3α,19α,23-四羟基乌索烷-12-烯-28-酸(6)。结论:化合物1—2为新天然产物,首次对它们的碳氢信号进行归属;化合物3—6均为首次从该种植物中分得。
AIM: To isolate terpenes from the whole plant of Coleus forskohlii and elucidate the structures of them. METHOD: The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic analyses. The structures were elucidated on the basis of IR, MS, ^1H NMR,13C NMR and 2D NMR. RESULT:Six terpenes were obtained and the structures were identified as 3-hydroxyforskolin (1), 3- hydroxyisoforskolin (2), arjunic acid (3), arjungenin (4), euscaphic acid (5), and 2a,3a, 19a, 23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (6). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1~ 2 are new natural products, and compounds 3 ~ 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
