摘要
职业人才的主体智慧是由人文素质、职业知识与技能构成的,它因多元智能组合不同,呈现出不同的智慧状态。要用大职业教育观,建立大职业教育体系来培养人才,要通过职业教育的资源整合、优化与共享,拓展职业教育的资源功能与社会功能,采取相应的对策与建议,实现职业教育的最优化。
The principal wisdom of vocational talented persons consists of the quality of human culture, the vocational knowledge and skill. It shows different wisdom state because of the multi- wisdom combination, The talented person should be cultivated by building up the concept and system of great vocational education. The resourceful and social function should be expanded by the integration, optimization and share of vocational education resources, The optimization of vocational education can be realized by the appropriate countermeasures and suggestions.
