摘要
阐述了某220kV变电站2号主变压器绝缘油色谱异常现象,分析了色谱异常的故障性质及原因,认为故障性质为高于700℃的过热故障,故障未波及固体绝缘,故障原因为磁回路缺陷,吊罩检查后发现下夹件两侧拉板6颗固定螺栓有明显的发热痕迹。介绍了局放及低电压短路阻抗测试结果,低电压短路阻抗异常,不能排除低压侧存在变形的可能性。
The unusual phenomenon of chromatograph in 220 kV main transformer oil was elaborated, and the fault nature and the reason of unusual chromatograph was analyzed. It is pointed out that the fault nature is the overheat fault of temperature to be higher than 700 ℃, the fault do not affect solid insulation, the fault reason is magnetic loop defect, and there is heat trace of 6 fixed bolts after hanging cover and inspection. The paper introduced the test results of partial discharge and short circuit knpedance of low voltage. Because of abnormal impedance of low voltage short circuit, it cannot be removed for the possibility of deformation at low voltage side.
