摘要
高校教师是高校教育改革的设计者、参与者和实施者。因此,能否成功转换高校教师的传统角色已经成为关系到高校教育改革成败的关键问题。本文阐述了高校教改形势下教师角色转换的必要性,如何实现教改形势下教师角色转变,以及教师角色转换带来的压力及对策。
Teachers are the designers, participants and implementers of the teaching reform of universities and colleges. The conversion of theirs roles is indeed the key factor for the successful realization of the goals of the teaching reform. This paper discusses the necessity of the conversion of teachers'roles in the new situations, the approaches for the realization of this conversion and the pressures faced by the teachers. Finally, some measures for the successful role conversion are proposed.
