摘要
目的探讨丹参注射液对重症急性胰腺炎肺脏损伤的治疗作用。方法30只Wistar大鼠随机等分为模型组、药物组和对照组。模型组、药物组均以5%牛磺胆酸钠经胰管内逆行注射(1ml/kg)复制SAP模型。药物组则在制模后肌肉注射丹参(2ml.kg-1.d-1),每6h使用1次。对照组仅行假手术。各组动物在术后24h测血淀粉酶、腹水量,并观察肺脏的病理变化。结果(1)血中淀粉酶I、L-1B和腹水量:模型组分别为(1 933.84±325.63)u/L、(0.97±0.33)pg/ml和(8.14±2.21)ml,显著高于药物组的(1 457.68±341.54)u/L(、0.68±0.38)pg/ml和(5.62±2.46)ml及对照组的(183.52±34.76)u/L(、0.31±0.08)pg/ml和0ml(P<0.01)。(2)药物组肺脏损伤较模型组减轻。结论丹参注射液对重症急性胰腺炎并发急性肺损伤有保护作用,可能与减轻血管内液丢失,改善肺脏微循环,减少了IL-1B的生成,阻抑了细胞因子级联反应,对SAP的转归起有益作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae on lung injury in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Me thods Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: model group (MG, 10 cases), herbal group (HG, 10 cases) and control group (CG, 10 cases). Severe acute pancreatitis was induced by intraductal injection of 5 % sodium taurocholate (1.0ml/kg) in MG. The model of HG was reproduced as the method of MG besides intramuscular injection of Salviae Miltiorrhizae (2ml· kg^-1· d^-1 ). Sham-operated was only made in CG. Ascites and serum levels of amylase(AMY) were investigated. The pathologic changes of lung were observed after 24h of reproduced model. Results (1)Aseites and serum levels of AMY and IL-1B in MG and HG were higher than that in CG(P〈0.01 ). (2)The pathologic changes of lung were improved in HG. Conclusion Salviae Miltiorrhizae may improve mieroeireulation of lung,inhibit the production of IL-1B and ameliorate the lung injury in rats SAP.
