摘要
指出了在经济转轨过程中我国上市公司出现了过度融资现象,主要表现为股权融资偏好、资本结构畸形等问题.研究了这些问题产生的本质原因,并提出了相应的解决建议,包括完善公司治理和改善外部融资环境.
As the socialist market economy reform be carried on step by step, the listed companies in our country has faced with financing excessively phenomenon,which concentrated in the preference of Stockholder＇s rights financing and the abnormality of capital structure.This paper aims at researching the intrinsic reason of these problems and bringing forth some corresponding solutions such as perfecting the company governance and improving exterior financing environment.
