摘要
对喷雾共沉积工艺过程中的凝固与动量传输行为进行了分析。指出:在喷雾共沉积工艺过程中,孔穴形核方式有利于晶粒的细化。在动量传输全过程分析中,给出了金属微滴、增强相颗粒碰撞前后的速度计算公式,并在此基础上推导出了雾化微滴液膜铺展厚度计算公式。结果表明:雾化工艺参数与熔体界面能显著影响液膜厚度,对制备理想的沉积材料具有重要的指导意义。
The paper has analysed the solidification and momemtum transportation behaviour during the process of spray co deposition technology and indicated that the nucleation mode of pore was favourable to the refining of crystal.During the whole process of analysing momemtum transportation,the fine drops of metal and the calculation formula for calculating the speed before and after the collision between strengthened phase particles has been put forward,and on this basis,a formula for calculating the spreading thickness of fine drop liquid film has been also derived.Results show that the technological parameters of atomization and the interfacial energy exert an influence on the thickness of liquid film and attach an important to instructive significance on the manufacture of ideal deposition materials.
