含粘结剂的磁铁矿生球强度机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文从理论上导出了生球强度界面能综合模型,提出了含粘结剂的磁铁矿生球强度主要由颗粒间的化学作用能、粘滞作用能和毛细引力能所决定的新观点。计算所得生球落下强度值与实测值拟合得较好,丰富和发展了生球强度理论。 The comprehensive interfacial energy model for describing the strength of green pellets has been theoretically deduced. From the model,it would be concluded that the strength of green pollets from magnetite concentrate with binding additives mainly depends upon the interfacial energies coverins chemical interaction, viscous impeding response and capillary attraction. The calculation results agree quite well with the measured ones. The development of the comprehensive model offers a great progress of the green strength theory.
