摘要
目的:观察准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术治疗高度近视的疗效.方法:采用美国117型准分子激光仪联合自动微型板角膜切削刀使角膜曲率发生改变,从而改变角膜屈光度,提高视力.结果:97.9%患者术后裸眼视力达到术前矫正视力.结论:准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术治疗高度近视早期效果令人满意,远期效果尚待更深入研究.
Objective: To observe the curative effect of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) to correct high myopia. Methods:Applying America- made 117 type excimer laser instrument combined with automatic miniature lamina cutter for cornea to change corneal curvature and diopter to improve visual acuity. Results: The naked visual acuity of 97.9 96 patients comes up to preoperative corrected visual acuity. Conclusion:The early effect of LASIK to cure high myopia is satisfactory but its late result is still under the pending further discussion.
