摘要
在我国经济法的发展过程中,经济全球化对经济法的变迁产生了重大影响。全球经济一体化的进程影响着我国经济法的变迁趋势、变迁方式以及变迁路径。关注经济全球化是提升我国经济法理论研究和加强经济法实践的重要因素。
In the development of China＇s economic law, economic globalization has a major influence on the change of the law. The advancement of global economic integration influences the trend, the way and the path of the change of China＇s economic law. Therefore, it is important to pay close attention to economic globalization so as to promote the theoretical research and strengthen the practice of China＇s economic law.
