摘要
利用多重PCR和单重PCR技术对部分市售肉制品、宠物食品以及饲料等进行检测,以确定产品中是否含有动物源性成分以及动物源性成分的种类。利用SDS细胞裂解法提取样品DNA,用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法检测PCR扩增产物的种类。上述方法具有操作简便,快速准确,节省费用等特点。
The PCR techniques are developod for detection of beef, pork. lamb, chicken and rabbit in commercial meat products, pet foods and meat-bone meals, DNA from the samples are extracted by sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) cell splitting method. The results suggested that PCR techniques is a convenient, rapid, sensitive and less expressive method for detection of meat products and feodstuffs.
