介绍了知识经济和人力资源的含义,指出了图书馆在知识经济时代的社会地位,分析了图书馆人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,提出了图书馆人力资源管理的新理念。
This paper introduces the meanings of the knowledge-based economy and the human resource, points out the social position of the library in the times of the knowledge-based economy, analyzes on the present situation of library＇s human resource management and the problems existing in library＇s human resource management, and puts forward some new concepts of library＇s human resource management.
