摘要
在综述国内外知识密集型业务流程相关研究的基础上,归纳了知识密集型业务流程的定义与特点,提出了在知识密集型业务流程中实施知识管理的具体步骤,即分析知识密集型业务流程中的流程知识,描述这些流程知识,共享这些流程知识,最终达到知识创新、改进知识密集型业务流程的目的。提出了支持知识管理的措施,通过案例说明了在知识密集型业务流程中实施知识管理的效果和作用。
Reviews the researches on knowledge-intensive business process at home and abroad and defines the process with its characteristics given. Proposes the steps to take in the implementation of knowledge management of knowledge-intensive business process, i.e., analyzes, describes and shares the relevant process knowledge, and eventually innovates our knowledge to improve the knowledge-intensive business process. With the measures proposed to take to support such a knowledge management, a case study is given to reveal the effect and role of knowledge management in knowledge-intensive business process.
