摘要
目的:对中药含油半浸膏片的赋形剂进行筛选。方法:以片剂外观、硬度和崩解时间为评价指标,以复方消炎片为模型药物,比较筛选稀释剂、吸收剂、黏合剂和崩解剂处方。结果:选用糖粉作为稀释剂与黏合剂,微粉硅胶作为吸收剂和润滑剂。结论:本实验为中药含油半浸膏片研制与开发提供了实验数据。
OBJECTIVE To select an optimum formulation for the TCM extractive tablets containing oil. METHODS The formulation contents such as diluents, absorbents, adhesives and disintegrates were analyzed and selected by appearance, rigidity and disintegration. RESULTS The tablets were better than others using the sugar powder as diluents and adhesives, micro-silica as absorbents. CONCLUSION The experiment provides data for further development of TCM extractive tablets containing oil.
