摘要
对内蒙古某火力发电厂50MW机组当前加阻垢剂处理循环冷却水防垢系统进行分析研究。在实验室条件下,对炉烟防垢和药剂防垢两种处理循环冷却水方式,进行动态模拟试验比较,提出了该厂使用炉烟处理循环冷却水防垢的可行性。试验结果显示,在一定的条件下,炉烟法的防垢效果优于药剂方法。
The scale inhibition system of circulating cooling water treated with scale inhibitor for 50MW unit of a thermal power plant was analysed and studied in the paper. Under the lab conditions. Both ways to treat circulating cooling water with flue smoke and chemicals inhibiting scales were carried out the comparison by dynamic simulation test; the feasibility of circulating cooling water scale inhibition by flue smoke treatment was enquired into; the results showed that, under a certain condition, the effect of flue smoke method was superior to the chemicals method.
