蒺藜和嗜酸乳杆菌相互作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了不同浓度蒺藜药液及离心与否对嗜酸乳杆菌生长的影响以及嗜酸乳杆菌对蒺藜甾体皂苷的利用情况。结果表明:蒺藜药液培养嗜酸乳杆菌的最佳浓度为0.111g/mL,药液离心对嗜酸乳杆菌的生长和药液的pH几乎没有影响。嗜酸乳杆菌能利用蒺藜药液的甾体皂苷,培养5d后,其吸光度由1.6378下降到0.4617。 Effects of concentration and centrifugation of Tribulus Terrestri on growth of Lacto bacillus acidophilus, as well as the utilization of steroidal saponin by L. acidophilus were studied. The result showed that: the optimum concentration of T. Terrestd for culturing L. acidophilus was 0.111 g/ml; centrifugation had little influence on growth ofL. acidophilus and pH. Steroidal saponin was utilized by L. acidophilus and the absorption of steroidal saponin descended fi'om 1.6378 to 0.4617 after culturing L. acidophilus for 5 days.
