摘要
本文用倍率减差双波长分光光度法不经分离直接对复方磺胺甲唑片中磺胺甲唑及甲氧苄啶进行含量测定，结果表明：本法具有操作简便、只需在两波长处测吸收度，且结果准确可靠。
method was reported for the determination SMZ and TMP by dualwavelength K-ratio spectrophotometrywithout separating from tablets. The result showed that the determination was carried out at two wavelength themethod was simple and accurate.
