摘要
我国目前的人才资源管理仍存在诸多机制问题,如何建立有中国特色的人才资源管理体系具有重大的理论与现实意义。文章从评价体系的完善,“人本”企业文化理念的树立,契约化、社会化人力资源管理模式的建立以及创新人才培养机制、实现由人才资源向人才资本的转化等5个方面作了理论探讨。
There still exists many mechanism problems concerning talent resource management in this country. It is of great significance, both in theory and in practice, to set up a talent resource management system with Chinese characteristics. The present thesis focuses on the following five aspects : the perfection of appraisal system, the establishment of a human - oriented cultural idea of an enterprise, the setting up of a new mode of contracting and socialized human resource management and the innovation of talent - cultivating mechanism as well as the transformation from "talent resource" to "talent capital".
