摘要
针对传统压力铸造的气孔缺陷,设计了一套基于LOGO!控制的模具真空装置,并从总体方案、气路部分、控制部分三方面较详细的介绍了设计方法。试验表明效果良好。
Aimed at the pore deficiency of conventional pressure casting, a vacuum of mould based on LOGO! controlled is designed. The design method of the general planning, gas-circuit part and control part is represented in detail. The experimental effect is fine.
