摘要 应用应力框灰铸铁试件研究了温度载荷的时间步长和有限元网格尺寸大小等因素对铸件热应力数值模拟结果的影响。在一定条件下,温度场载荷的时间步长对计算精度影响不大但影响计算的效率。当网格数量不大时,减小有限元网格尺寸可以明显提高计算精度,计算的时间增幅不大;当网格数量增加到一定程度后,增加网格数量,计算精度提高幅度较小,而计算时间大幅度增加。所以在满足计算精度的前提下,应选择适当的网格尺寸。 The effect of time step of thermal loads and the element size on numerical simiulation of thermal stress was studied by the bow-shaped flame castings. The results show that the precision is generally improved ,but the efficiency of calculation is reduced under certain condition. When the element size is reduced,the calculation precision can be improved without great loss of efficiency as the element size is not too small.The element size being reduced smaller and smaller, the increasing of precision comes to be very little while the calculation time is greatly increased. Therefore, the selection of element size should be based on the precision requirement.
