摘要
以山楂为原料,优质口子酒为基酒,优质蜂蜜、蔗糖等为配料;以NaOH水溶液和酒精作为浸提剂,经多次提取,生产山楂营养保健酒。该酒酒体无色透明,香气浓郁,口感细腻醇甜,酒精度20%～35%Vol;总酸≤1.0g/100mL(以乙酸计);总酯≥1.5g/100mL;糖度≥2g/100mL;符合GB2757-81标准;具有很强的市场竞争力。(孙悟)
Hawthom nutritional health wine was developed through the following procedures： hawthom used as raw materials, quality Kouzi Liquor as base liquor, quality honey and cane sugar etc. used as ingredients, and NaOH solution and alcohol used as lixiviating agents for multiple extraction. The produced liquor （20 %-35 %Vol alcoholicity, total acids ≤ 1.0 g/100 mL （counted by acetate acid）, total esters content ≥ 1.5 g/100 mL, and sugar content ≥2 g/100 mL ） had clean and transparent body, mellow flavor, and enjoyable taste, which was in accord with GB2757-81 standards and had strong competitive power. （Tran. by YUE Yang）
