摘要
针对某电厂2×135 MW机组1号CFB锅炉风水联合冷渣器的特点和运行中存在的排渣困难、出渣温度高、风帽和内部耐磨材料磨损严重等问题,分析后提出了改进措施,并在2号炉冷渣器的设计和调试中实施。改造后取得很好效果,实现了连续排渣,使冷渣器的综合性能得到提高。
Directing against the features and problems existing in operation of air and water jointly operated slag cooler,such as difficult slag discharge,high temperature of outlet slag,serious wornout of the air cap and inner wearresisting material etc..for circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler no.1 of 2×135 MW units in one power plant,the improvement measures have been put forward after analysis,and having been implemented in design and debugging of the slag cooler of boiler no.2.After improvement,very good result has been obtained,realizing continuous slag discharge,making comprehensive performance of the slag cooler to be enhanced.
