摘要
风水联合冷渣器的事故经常导致机组降负荷甚至停运,给电厂造成很大的经济损失。结合瑞平电厂的实际情况,针对冷渣器运行中出现的具体问题,进行了理论分析和热力计算。对冷渣器本体结构和进渣管等关键部件提出了具体改造措施。通过设备改造和调整,冷渣器运行效果良好,可靠性大大提高。
The trouble of wind-water combined ash cooler has often leaded to unit operating in a low capacity or off-the-line, which coures large economic penalty to Power Plant. Detail analysis and calculation had been executed for the operation condition of Rui-ping Power Plant. Modification had been proposed for cooler body and slag tube inlet, After the modification, obvious efficiency is gained and the reliability of cooler get greatly raised.
