摘要
分析和评价雇员的工作绩效是人力资源理论和实践的一个关键问题。在大量问卷调查的基础上,通过对我国员工的任务绩效和关系绩效的实证分析,揭示了绩效可分性对任务绩效和关系绩效显著的影响,以及人口变量中服务年限、年龄、职称等对任务绩效和关系绩效有显著的影响。采用多元统计方法中的因素分析法,验证了各种变量的相关影响。研究结果对于改善企业人力资源管理状况,提高雇员工作绩效具有一定的借鉴意义。
To analyze and evaluate the employee job performance is a key issue in both the academic and the practice fields. Based on empirical analysis of task performance and contextual performance in Chinese employees, it is concluded that performance separability and demographics variables (including tenure, age and title) have significant effects on task performance and contextual performance. All of the relationships between the variables are examined by factor analysis and correlation analysis. As a result, organizations could improve the condition of human resource management and increase employee job performance.
