摘要
目的探讨光氧化反应处理后的牛颈静脉带瓣管道的体内的抗钙化性能。方法取新鲜牛颈静脉带瓣管道16根,分为光氧化反应处理组、戊二醛固定处理组,经二种不同的方法处理后,通过建立大鼠皮下包埋动物模型,加速体内钙化的实验方法,应用原子吸收光谱法测定大鼠皮下包埋后组织的钙含量;von kossa钙盐染色观察组织钙化情况;并对比研究包埋后组织的光镜及电镜结构变化。结果经光氧化反应处理的牛颈静脉管道的钙化程度轻,管壁及瓣膜的抗钙化性能比经戊二醛固定处理的均有明显提高。结论光氧化反应的处理方法,与传统的戊二醛固定方法相比较,能较好的可提高牛颈静脉体内抗钙化性能。
Objective To study the anti- calcification function properties of bovine jugular conduit with valves stabilized by dye-mediated photooxidation, Methods Sixteen bovine jugular conduit with valves were divided into two groups and treated with dye-mediated photooxidation ( group Ⅰ ) and glutaraldehyde ( group Ⅱ) . The bovine jugular vein was cut into pieces and implanted subcutaneously in the 16 weanling SD rats, After 90 days, all the rats were sacrificed and the retrieved specimens were undergone histological examination by electron microscope and microscope. The calcium content was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer, Results The walls and valves of bovine jugular vein treated by dye-mediated photooxidation had less calcification than those of the group Ⅱ, Conclusion The dyemediated photooxidation can effectively preserve the calcification of bovine jugular conduit with valves compared with the way treated by glutaraldehyde.
