摘要
以往基层医院遇到大面积烧伤往往将伤员转送地（市）级医院。江苏金坛市中医院应用烧伤湿润暴露法在1995年对4例62％、72％、85％和35％（幼儿）面积的烧伤实施治疗全部成功，而且肢体与脏器功能均正常。证明了烧伤湿润暴露法的实用性和可靠性。另外笔者用双黄连粉针剂与地塞米松给伤员雾化吸入，避免了气管切开。用清开灵、鲜竹沥、石膏知母扬清热。用脉络宁活血化瘀，改善微循环，阻止创面扩展加重。
In the past, patients with large area burn were transferred to large hospitals at prefecture or city level. Since 1995, after the application of MEBT, in a small grass roots level hospital as ours, we have been able to treat iarge area burn patients. This paper reports our experience in treating large area burn with MEBT. 4 cases of pediatric burn with burn area of 62%, 72% 85% and 35% respectively were treated with MEBT. The results were very satisfactory. All the patients healed. The function of the limbs and internal organs were normal. The results proved that MEBT is very practical and reliable
