摘要
目的：探讨腹腔内注射重组人肿瘤坏死因子（ｒｈＴＮＦ）对卵巢癌裸鼠腹水瘤形态学的影响。方法：建立卵巢癌裸鼠腹水瘤模型。实验组每只裸鼠腹腔内注入ｒｈＴＮＦ１万Ｕ加注射用水１ｍｌ的稀释液，对照组腹腔内注入注射用水１ｍｌ。用光镜和电镜观察形态学改变。结果：肿瘤细胞有不同程度的改变。结论：ｒｈＴＮＦ有不同程度杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用，促使癌细胞趋向死亡。
