摘要
采用裸鼠移植人肝癌模型,观察rhTNF对肝癌细胞的抑制作用。结果发现rhTNF瘤内注射或腹腔注射对肝癌细胞均有抑制作用;高剂量组(10000U/只)和中剂量组(2000U/只)对肿瘤体积的抑制率分别为33.4%和25.1%(P<0.05~0.01),10000U/只剂量的rhTNF腹腔注射其抑制率为31.6%(P<0.05);瘤体重量的抑制在高剂量组、中剂量组和腹腔组分别为39%、33%、29.7%。病理检查发现高剂量组和中剂量组瘤组织中央部位有程度不等的出血坏死区域。
The antitumor effects of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor(rhTNF) in nude mice bearing a xenotransplanted human hepatocellular carcinoma was examined. rhTNF injected intraperitoneally and administered locally into nude mice had significant antitumor activity. Inhibited rates on tumorous volume in high dose of rhTNF(10 000 U/body) group and mild dose(2 000U/body)one were 33.4% and 25.1%(P<0.05~0.01, vs control), and 31.6%(P<0.05, vs control)in group of rhTNF(10 000 U/body)injected intraperitoneally. There were inhibited rates on tumorous weight of 39%, 33%, 29.7% in three above groups individually. Pathologically it was found that there was a necrotic area in the central part of tumors in high dose and mild dose groups.
