摘要
依法治校是依法治国在教育领域中的应然要求。在走向权利的时代,高校学生工作管理的现状与以人为本和以权利为本的要求是不相适应的。为了更好地保护学生的合法权益,高校现有的学生工作管理必须实现法制化。
Governing universities according to the law is the requirement of governing a nation according to the law in the educational area. In the time of people paying more attention to human rights, the present situation of administration for students does not adapt itself to the requirement of humanism and human right standard. In order to protect student＇s legitimate rights and interests as well, students work in universities should be implemented with legalization.
