摘要
通过对人本理论的剖析,针对当前高校后勤的社会化大势及后勤管理的薄弱环节,分析在后勤管理中应用人本理论的重要性及要明确处理好的几个关系;探讨在个人需要、激励、用人和决策等方面如何更好地调动和发挥个人的主动性、积极性和创造性,营造一支人性化的有凝聚力和活力的后勤集体。
Through exploring humanism theory,this paper aims at the current socialization trend in rear service of colleges and unive rsities and the weak links existing i n rear service management.It analyzes the importance of applying humanism theory in rear service management,and states several relations which should be dealt with while using the theory.In addition,it discusses how to mobilize and exert individual initiative,ac tiveness and creativity in personal needs,stimulus,selection of personnel and decision -making,and then to build a humanized,cohesive a nd energetic collectivity.
