摘要
采用高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)研究了聚丙烯腈原丝和预氧丝横截面超薄切片的微观组织,揭示了预氧化过程中原丝组织结构的演变机理。结果表明,晶区的非晶化转变是原丝在预氧化过程中组织结构演变的主要形式;而晶面间距的逐渐变宽则是导致非晶化转变的直接原因。
Microstructure of transverse ultrathin sections cut from polyacrylonitrile (PAN) precursor fibers and preoxidized fibers were examined by high - resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The results show that amorphization of crystallite is the main form of microstructural evolution during thermal stabilization of PAN fibers. Gradually widening of lattice fringes is the direct reason of amorhization.
