摘要
构建合理的学校评估体系是完善学校管理机制的一种有效方式。这一体系应由三部分组成:即督导评估、中介机构评估以及学校自我评估。构建这一体系面临的问题颇多,评估指标体系的编制就是一大挑战。评估标准是进行价值判断的依据,标准的制定和使用直接影响到评估活动的效果。因此需要根据不同的评估目标与种类编制相应的指标体系。
To construct reasonable school evaluation mechanism. This system consists of three aspects: the system is an effective way of perfecting school management inspection from the government, evaluation carried out by private agencies, and school self- evaluation. To construct this system, we face many kinds of problems. The building of the evaluation criteria is a big challenge, to name one. Evaluation criteria are the base of making the value judgment. So the building and the use of the criteria will directly affect the evaluation activities. So we should work out the index system in accordance with different evaluation objectives and types.
