摘要
文章探讨了中国公务员制度的特色,研究了中国特色公务员制度建设的理论依据和实践基础。指出,马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想是中国特色公务员制度建设的理论依据,中国国情是中国特色公务员制度建设的实践基础。
This thesis analyzes the features of civil servant systems, makes some research into the theory basis and practice basis of the civil servant system construction in China. Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the Three Representatives Theory are the theory basis for the civil servant system construction; the basic national conditions are the practice basis for civil servant system construction.
