摘要
目的:研究药品中水杨酸和氯霉素的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:色谱柱:ZORBAXEclipsXDB-C8(4.6×150mm,5μm);紫外检测器波长:278nm;流速:1ml·min-1。柱温:35℃;流动相组成:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(250∶750∶1.3)。结果:水杨酸和氯霉素的线性范围分别为9.96~99.64μg·ml-1和10.56~105.64g·ml-1。回收率分别为:99.97%和99.56%。结论:本方法同时测定两种组分具有简便、准确的特点。
Objective.To establish a method for determination of salicylic acid and chloramphenicol in drug by HPLC. Methods: A ZORBAX Eclips XDB-C8(4. 6 × 150mm, 5μm) was used by HPLC and the Column temperature was 35℃. The detector wavelength was set at 278nm with flow rate 1ml · min^-1. The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(250 : 750 : 1.3). Results:The liner ranges of salicylic acid and chloramphenicol were at 9.96~99.64μg· ml^-1 and 10. 56~105.64g · ml^-1 and the recovery rate were 99.97% and 99.56% ,respectively. Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate.
