摘要
目的通过测定白芷传统饮片中总香豆素、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的含量,了解其在治疗白癜风中的作用和用量。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定白芷总香豆素的含量,采用高效液相色谱法同时测定欧前胡素、异欧前胡素含量,XB-C18分析柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相组成为甲醇和水(70:30),流速1 m L·min-1,检测波长300 nm,流速1.0 m L·min-1。结果欧前胡素、异欧前胡素在范围内线性良好。结论本法简便、快速、准确,可用于白芷中欧前胡素与异欧前胡素的含量测定,为白芷在治疗白癜风中的作用和用量提供参考依据。
Objective:To understand the role and dosage in the treatment of vitiligo by determining the contents of total coumarins, imperatofin and isoimperatorin in Angelicae Dahuricae decoction pieces. Methods: The content of coumarins was measured by UV-VIS spectrophotometry, the contents of imperatofin and isoimperatorin were measured by HPLC with a Zorbax XB-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column, a mobile phase of methanol-water volume ratio as 70:30, a detection wavelength of 300 nm and a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results:The results showed that imperatorin and isoimperatorin were in good linearity within certain ranges. Conclusion:The method is rapid, simple and accurate for the content determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelicae Dahuricae decoction pieces, and will provide a reference basis on the role and dosage of in the treatment of vitiligo.
