摘要
目的通过测定白芷传统饮片中总香豆素、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的含量,了解其在治疗白癜风中的作用和用量。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定白芷总香豆素的含量,采用高效液相色谱法同时测定欧前胡素、异欧前胡素含量,XB-C18分析柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相组成为甲醇和水(70:30),流速1 m L·min-1,检测波长300 nm,流速1.0 m L·min-1。结果欧前胡素、异欧前胡素在范围内线性良好。结论本法简便、快速、准确,可用于白芷中欧前胡素与异欧前胡素的含量测定,为白芷在治疗白癜风中的作用和用量提供参考依据。
Objective：To understand the role and dosage in the treatment of vitiligo by determining the contents of total coumarins, imperatofin and isoimperatorin in Angelicae Dahuricae decoction pieces. Methods： The content of coumarins was measured by UV-VIS spectrophotometry, the contents of imperatofin and isoimperatorin were measured by HPLC with a Zorbax XB-C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm） column, a mobile phase of methanol-water volume ratio as 70：30, a detection wavelength of 300 nm and a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results：The results showed that imperatorin and isoimperatorin were in good linearity within certain ranges. Conclusion：The method is rapid, simple and accurate for the content determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelicae Dahuricae decoction pieces, and will provide a reference basis on the role and dosage of in the treatment of vitiligo.
