摘要
通过构建压力式可变量喷杆喷雾系统,进行可变率作业实验研究,并通过对喷头流量和喷杆喷雾模式的测试,对压力式可变率施药技术中喷雾的效率及均匀性进行研究。实验研究发现,扇形喷嘴可以提供最为均匀的喷雾效率,其变化系数小于15%。在进行可变率作业时,沿喷杆不同位置处喷头的喷雾量变化非常小(小于4%)。这种较小的喷雾量变化,为压力式可变率喷雾提高均匀性提供了优良的基本条件。
This study investigated the field performance of a ground sprayer in applying chemicals at constant and variable application rates with pressure-based sprayer control technology. Study of variable-rate chemical applicator system nozzle flow characteristic was performed by testing the nozzle flow and boom pattern .Flat fan nozzles were found to provide the most uniform spray pattern under many pressure conditions with a coefficient of variation less than 15%.Nozzle flow variation was monitored across the variable rate chemical applicator boom and determined to be very small (less than 5%) providing a useful operating configuration for uniform application of chemicals.
