摘要 目的:观察黄连素对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠脑组织的保护作用。方法:用链尿佐菌素复制糖尿病大鼠模型,观察黄连素对糖尿病大鼠脑组织细胞色素C、线粒体C a2+的影响。结果:模型组脑组织线粒体细胞色素C显著低于正常组和黄连素组(P<0.05),胞浆细胞色素C、线粒体C a2+均显著高于正常组和黄连素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细胞色素C、钙离子参与脑细胞损伤。黄连素对糖尿病大鼠脑组织具有保护作用。 Objective: To observe the protection of Berberine in the brain of NIDDM rats. Methods: We randomly divided 40 male Wistar rats into three groups (normal group, model group and Berberine group ). We duplicated NIDDM rat model with streptozocin and observed the effects of Berberine on cytochrom.e C and mitochondrial calcium of the NIDDM rat brain. Results: The rat NIDDM model was successfully prepared, and in model group, the mitochondrial Cyt-C level in the rat brain was lowered (P 〈 0. 05) ,while Plasma Cyt-C and mitochondrial calcium were higher (P 〈 0. 05) , compared with the normal and Berberine group. Conclusion: Cyt- C and calcium ion participate in brain damage, and Berberine can protect NIDDM rat brain.
