摘要
以景天三七为主料,银杏叶及金银花为辅料,应用保健饮品的配置方法,探索最佳配方和工艺条件,开发出色、香、味俱佳的复合型保健饮品.用分光光度法测出该饮品中总黄酮的含量为0.0528mgm/L;用酸碱滴定法测出饮品中总生物碱的含量为0.0296mgm/L.
The complex healthy beverage with ideal colour, fragrance and taste can be developed by exploring the best formula and artistic conditions,by utilizing healthy beverage＇s distribution method using Sedum aizoon L.as the main material,ginkgo leaves and honeysuckle as the secondary material. The total content of progesterone in the beverage is 0.0528mg/mL, which is tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The content of total alkaloid in the beverage is 0.0296mg/mL, which is tested by base titrations.
