摘要
模具CAD系统使模具设计的高质量、低成本、短周期的实现成为可能。本文利用ActiveX Automation技术,以VB6.0为开发工具对AutoCAD进行二次开发,研究出筒形件冲压模具CAD系统,系统采用模块化结构,主要阐述了工艺分析计算模块、模具设计模块、自动绘图模块等主要模块功能及其实现方法,该系统能够对不同规格筒形件的冲压模具进行计算机辅助设计,完全实现人机交互功能,提高了设计效率和质量。
The good quality, low costs and short cycle of die design can be practiced by CAD system of die. In this paper, the CAD system for cup drawing die has been studied by the secondary development of AutoCAD2002 using Visual Basic 6. 0. The system is module-structured. The function and implementation of the main modules such as, technology calculation module, the die design module and drawing automatically module etc. are also stated by the paper. The system can design all kinds of cup products varied in dimensions hy computer aided. The design efficiency and quality of cup product are increased by using the CAD system.
