摘要
考察了单体比例、引发剂和单体浓度、温度等对亲水性单体丙烯酰胺(Am)与疏水性单体苯乙烯(St)的无皂乳液共聚反应速率的影响,得到了相应的聚合速率方程:Rp=kp[M]0.53[I]0.54、聚合反应表观活化能Ea=91.89 kJ/mol和链增长活化能为21.79 kJ/mol。甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的存在使Am/St无皂乳液共聚反应速率加快。
The effects of molar ratios of the monomers, concentrations of the initiator and the monomers, as well as the reaction temperatures on the kinetics of soap-free emulsion copolymerization of water-soluble monomer acrylamide(AArn) and hydrophobic monomer styrene(St) are investigated. The results show that the copolymerization rate equation can be expressed as Rp = kp[ M ]^0.53[ I]^0.54, the apparent activation energy is 91.89 kJ/mol and the chain-growth activation energy(Ep) is 21.79 kJ/mol. The presence of monomer methyl methacrylate (MMA) can increase the reaction rate of AAm and St.
