摘要
目的:观察逐痹解毒汤治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:选择38例RA患者,以逐痹解毒汤治疗8周。结果:在治疗后,ACR20改善为68.42%,ACR50改善为36.84%,ACR70改善为7.8%。结论:逐痹解毒汤能改善活动性RA的临床症状、生活能力、血沉和C反应蛋白。
Objective： To value the efficacy of ＂Zhubi Jiedu Decoction＂ in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 38 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated by ＂Zhubi Jiedu Decoction＂ for eight weeks, Results： After treatment, the effective rate of ACR20, ACRS0, and ACR70 were 68.42%, 36.84%, and 7,8% respectively. Conclusion： ＂Zhubi Jiedu Decoction＂ can improve clinical presentation, life ability of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in active phase, and decrease ESR and CRP.
